Welcome to TravelBliss Services. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or inquiry.
1. Company Information
TravelBliss Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a registered travel agency operating in the Sultanate of Oman. Our registered office is located at Muttrah Souq, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
2. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators)
- Prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation and may change until full payment is received
- A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation and receive the required payment
- All prices are quoted in Omani Rials (OMR) unless otherwise stated
3. Payment Terms
- A minimum deposit of 30% is required to confirm most bookings
- Full payment must be received at least 14 days before the travel date
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards
- Late payments may result in booking cancellation without refund of deposits
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus processing fee (OMR 25)
- 15-29 days before travel: 50% refund
- 7-14 days before travel: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
- Airline tickets are subject to airline-specific cancellation policies
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
5. Travel Documents
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, and health documents
- Passports must have a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of travel
- We assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee visa approval
- Visa processing fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all trips. TravelBliss Services is not liable for medical expenses, trip interruptions, lost luggage, or any other losses incurred during travel if insurance is not purchased.
7. Limitation of Liability
TravelBliss Services acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions
- Flight delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines
- Quality of accommodation or services provided by third-party suppliers
- Personal injury or loss of property during travel
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing bookings and providing travel services. Your data is protected in accordance with Oman’s data protection laws and is never shared with unauthorized third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Complaints & Disputes
Any complaints should be reported within 7 days of completing your trip. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
